Where do I enter the name of the person i would like to get credit for my purchase?

In your shopping cart, after you enter your zipcode and the organizations code, click the "checkout now" button. This will bring you to the checkout page. Scroll to the bottom and enter the name of the person whom you wish to get credit for your purchase in the comments section.
